When accepting the Goods

Inspect the Goods carefully for visible mechanical damage. Check handles, taps, catches and other parts. Claims about the appearance and completeness of delivered Goods must be made before the courier or the Nova Poshta or Delivery carrier hands them over to you. Inspect the Goods in the presence of the courier or the chosen delivery service's employee before signing the delivery waybill.

If you find a defect, breakage, cracked plastic, a dent or other damage, immediately ask the delivery service to draw up a damage report. The carrier is responsible for the Goods' integrity from dispatch. If our courier delivers to your address and you find damage during inspection, return the Goods to the courier and record it in the report.

We recommend using an authorised service centre listed in the warranty documents for warranty and post-warranty servicing. The service centre can also help with installation and connection.

Please note: The courier is not authorised to provide technical or commercial advice or carry out customers' additional instructions. Inspection in the courier's presence and payment must be completed within 25 minutes. Please avoid delaying the courier.

Please note: After payment and the courier's departure, claims regarding completeness and external damage are not accepted.

Before using the Goods, the Buyer must carefully read the instructions and operating rules supplied with the product (Article 4, paragraph 3, of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”).

Do not switch on a water cooler for testing without water.

Warranty terms

Water coolers have a warranty of 12–36 months. Confirm the period for the particular model with an operator. The warranty is valid only with a correctly and legibly completed warranty document stating the product's serial number, sale date and warranty period, with clear stamps.

Free repairs are provided only during the warranty period stated in that document. The cooler's serial number and model must match it. The warranty document may be a paper document or an electronic/digital document received by email, messenger, an application or through the customer account on the website. The warranty is void if the operating rules in the instruction manual are breached.
